@Josh Lessard The guy has no time to provide good value in the community. So i had to make the offer as hands off as possible. I suggested me gathering all his recipes from his YT channel, compiling and editing an e-cook-book. As well as teaming up with a meal kit service to ship off pre-measured ingredients for his recipes. These would be 'bonuses' to the community. 1 in 3 product type thing. Id also build out all the sales funnels for him, cos currently he posts the recipes from his videos in the video description, i suggested he uses them as lead magnets to get people onto an email list. A few more general ideas, but that was it. I sent him a 20min loom video, he liked it, we jumped on a call. He had some resistance to the idea, and i didnt have the sales skills to get him over that. He was cautious about starting a business on top of his channel, and he has some other opportunities lined up, like his own cookware. Flopped on the sales, and on proving the community business model to be better than physical products or other business ventures.
