I keep seeing people on insta saying how cone drills,ladder drills,ball mastery and the gym are not making you better because Ronaldo, Messi, Ronaldhinio and other great players didn't do any of it Is this true?
75% of truth is in it You cannot think for very long time while defender is approching you, and if you have trouble with 1v1's, then cone drills won't help you, but free flow dribbling willl But if ball runs away from you faster than Usain Bolt, then you can (and even should) do cone drills and ball mastery drills for improving ball control Gym not making you better? Just look at Ronaldo and Traore.
