There is something important I have realised in this episode
This episode is not about chasing titles or building a “perfect” career. It’s about what happens when stability disappears — and how real experience, authenticity, and trust shape what comes next. Paige Arnof-Fenn naturally stepped into the business world. She built a long, stable career in senior marketing roles at major companies. From the outside, it looked like career security. Until one moment changed everything. She was let go from a top marketing position. What followed wasn’t panic. There was no dramatic reinvention plan. No loud personal branding move. Instead, something quieter happened. People started coming to her. Asking about careers.Asking about business decisions.Asking about marketing, leadership, and how to move forward when the path isn’t obvious anymore. That’s what makes this conversation special. In the full episode, Paige shares: - how stable corporate careers are really built - what helps when that stability suddenly ends - business and marketing lessons learned through real situations - why authenticity matters more than tactics - how trust, perspective, and experience become your biggest advantage - what “success” looks like when titles no longer define you This is a calm, wise, honest conversation. Not motivational noise — but perspective earned over time. 👉 The full episode is available now in the Premium section of the community.

There is something important I have realised in this episode
Today I want to share something honestly.
Over the past days I’ve been carrying a lot of expectations — work, pressure, planning, responsibility. And somewhere in all of that… I lost presence. Today I completely forgot about a scheduled interview with Andre Walton, Ph.D. Because of the 14-hour time difference between the USA and Bali, I thought the interview was planned for January 29. It’s probably the first time this has happened to me. And yes — it didn’t feel good. I wrote Andre an honest message right away. I truly believe we will reschedule, because he’s a unique human being — someone who can bring deep, meaningful answers to the questions we explore through INSPIROQA. This moment reminded me of something important: "even when we create from the heart, pressure can quietly pull us out of the present moment." Have you ever been so focused on what’s coming next that you forgot to be fully here today?

Today I want to share something honestly.
Today I had a conversation with Stephen.
And something about his story really stayed with me. He didn’t walk away from his business because he was unhappy. He wasn’t burned out. In many ways, life was working. And yet, there came a moment when he felt a quiet inner signal: “I need to pause.” Together with his wife, they decided to take a one-year break, no plan. No guarantees. Not an escape —but an act of trust. And it left me with this question: How do you know when it’s time to push forward —and when it’s time to stop pushing at all? Because sometimes clarity doesn’t come from more action. It comes from space. You don’t need to solve this today.Just let the question stay with you for a moment. (In the full conversation, we also explored what can happen when you allow yourself that kind of space — and how a new sense of purpose can emerge naturally from it.)

Today, I noticed: Small moments that can shift your perspective
Today, I walked into a coworking space, sat down, and across from me was a coach who helps women build confidence in themselves and in their relationships. I shared a bit about INSPIROQA. She listened. Gave me some thoughtful tips for content. And it reminded me why I do this work — why I show up, ask deep questions, and hold space for people. It’s not about impressing anyone. It’s not about teaching or fixing. It’s about presence. About noticing what matters, asking better questions, and creating a space where people can see themselves more clearly. I want to share more of these moments with you — the small sparks, the insights, the real life behind the mic, behind the camera, behind every reflection.😉 What helps you slow down and see clearly when life feels overwhelming?
