INSPIRED LIVING MARCH TO MADNESS CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS
Ladies and gentlemen… we have reached the end of the road. The Inspired Living March to Madness Step Challenge Championship Game is complete… and the numbers are nothing short of legendary. The Championship game between Becky & Julie VS Meagan and Mackenzie equated to…768,303 total steps. (*Read that again.) That’s roughly 350 to 390 miles traveled in 7 days … on foot… step by step… choice by choice. This wasn’t just a challenge. This was a journey to forge momentum. And you all showed up. To each of our championship teams…Congratulations! And to all of the 24 teams that competed this year... Thank you. You didn’t just join a challenge. You proved that small, daily actions add up to something powerful. Win or lose… you’ve already changed the game. But here’s the thing… There is no “off switch.” The offseason starts now. Because the people who saw results with their energy levels and overall happiness this month because of the extra movement? They don’t stop. They keep walking. They keep moving. They keep building. So enjoy this moment. Celebrate what you’ve done. And then get back to work. Because next season? It’s coming. With that said.... Here are the Championship Results: The team of... Becky Bohling & Julie Steinbron averaged to a total of: 203, 394 steps this week. Meagan Thoma & Makenzie Reiter averaged to a total of: 180,745 steps this week. Each member of the winning team (Becky and Julie) wins: 1. A year supply of Dairy Kone ice cream ;) 2. $100 Scheels Gift Card to get some new shoes. 3. A combo pack of LMNT electrolytes to hydrate those cells As always.... Your Biggest Fans- D&D #GetInspired

Great job everyone!! Let’s keep the momentum going.
BREAKING NEWS FROM THE MARCH TO MADNESS SPORTS DESK...
After an exciting opening week of the Inspired Living March to Madness Step Challenge, the bracket is starting to take shape and the competition is heating up. After a total of 3,561,986 cumulative bracket steps (which equates to: 1,425 to 1,780 miles)--(which equates to the driving distance from Jesup, Iowa, to Fort Myers, Florida (*roughly 1,350 to 1,450 miles.) We would say...ya'll are kicking ass!! As expected, all eight of the top seeds advanced via first-round byes, entering Week 2 fresh and ready to make their push toward the championship. But the real story of Round One? Upsets. And plenty of them. In the West Region, the 21 seed stunned the 12 seed, proving that in this tournament it’s not about rankings—it’s about steps. Not long after, the 23 seed shocked the 10 seed, sending another ripple through the bracket and reminding everyone that late-night walks and weekend surges can change everything. Meanwhile, over in the South Region, fans witnessed one of the most dramatic finishes of the tournament so far. After trailing most of the week, the 22 seed mounted an incredible comeback, capped off with a final-second buzzer beater step surge to edge out the 11 seed and advance. Momentum is building. Underdogs are rising. And the bracket is wide open. As we head into Week 2 — The Sweet 16, step goals increase and the pressure builds. Teams will need consistency, teamwork, and maybe a few extra evening walks to keep their championship hopes alive. So lace up those shoes, grab your teammate, and keep moving as you never know who you are up against...an actual team in the next round OR perhaps you been knocked out and are practicing for the season ahead. Either way...get moving...for the HEALTH of it;) Because in March to Madness… the next upset could be yours. Your Biggest Fans- D&D

24 TEAMS….with one goal—Health😎
Forty eight individuals making up twenty four teams began their March to Madness this morning….some excitedly sending me texts that they are already at 2600 steps by 7:30am (great work Team #8). If you are reading this while laying in bed…you’ve got work to do. You and your partner had better be taking advantage of today’s weather and front stacking this weeks steps as it looks a bit chilly later this week. This is your reminder…track those steps and ….GAME ON!💪🏻🔥🤘🏻👊🏻. Your Biggest Fans D&D

I’m a Nana to 7 amazing grandchildren. “Retired” although I sub at the school quite a bit. I love to see others win and reach their goals.
