🔎 Stuck? Ask for a Shortcut
Drop the task you’re stuck on - and we’ll AI it together. This is your lifeline when something feels slow, annoying, or repetitive. Don’t grind - ask for leverage. ✅ Example: “I hate writing follow-up emails after open houses - any AI shortcut?” ✅ Example: “Need to turn a messy call summary into a client email - help?” Post below with: - What you’re trying to do - What’s blocking you - Bonus: what tool (e.g., ChatGPT, email, Google Workspace, etc) 👥 Other members (and I) will jump in with prompts, workflows, or examples to shortcut it for you. Let’s turn busywork into better work.

My checklists for buyers and sellers. I started them but they seem Messy and too wordy. I created some in ChatGPT but they didn’t turn out very well.
This Week’s Focus: Your Burnout Shield
If you’ve repeated a task in your business 3+ times, it’s time to systematize it. This week, we’re building your Burnout Shield - the first core system in your AI Agent Survival Kit. The goal? Reclaim 5–10 hours/week (without buying another tool). Here’s your focus: 1. List your top 10 repeat tasks. 2. Pick ONE to standardize (template + checklist). 3. Use your CRM or calendar to automate reminders, follow-ups, or drafts. 💬 Want to crowdsource ideas? Drop your repeat task in the comments - let’s help each other simplify and systematize. 🧠 You’ll find this week's walk-through in the Survival Kit inside the classroom.

- really need to finalize checklists for buyers and for sellers. This would give My clients a straight forward list of things they need to know. I started this and then never finished it. - Follow up on listings- activity and stats. - Follow up with potential listings - check in to see how things are going in the process of getting ready. - Social media posts - Look up stats for my areas These are my most likely to need to do weekly.
Day 8: The 12 Days of Christmas Prompt-a-Day Challenge
Prompt: Square format. "Use my uploaded reference photo as the identity anchor: keep the same woman’s face, exact facial features, smile, hairline, hairstyle, and overall likeness. Do not change her identity. Photorealistic. Scene: evening at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan during their holiday lights experience. The agent (same woman) is walking along a glowing outdoor light path surrounded by snowy pine trees, sculptures softly visible in the distance, and immersive light installations with music-vibe energy (no visible speakers). The environment feels like a magical, mile-long winter light walk with warm firepit glow areas in the background and gentle snowfall. Composition: three-quarter body portrait, the agent slightly turned toward camera, smiling in awe while holding a warm cup of hot cocoa, wearing a stylish winter coat with subtle sparkle accents and a classy scarf (festive but professional). A few distant visitors appear only as soft, faceless silhouettes for atmosphere. Lighting: cinematic holiday bokeh everywhere, warm golden light from displays + cool blue winter ambient fill, premium rim light outlining her hair and coat. Shallow depth of field, crisp subject, clean background separation, magazine-quality. Optional subtle realism: light reflections on the snow, tiny glittering snow particles in the air, tasteful holiday color palette (warm whites, soft gold, icy blue). Text rules: NO brand logos. NO real company names. No random signage text. If any readable text appears, it should be minimal and only if requested. Constraints: realistic hands (5 fingers), no warped face, no distorted lights, no cartoon/anime style, high resolution photorealistic." ***change personal characteristics/style/location to align with your likeness*** (You can also use the same prompt in GPT Image 1.5 - compare your results. 1st image below is Nano Banana. 2nd is same prompt and source image result in Chat)

Day 10: The 12 Days of Christmas Prompt-A-Day Challenge
Prompt: "Square format layout, photorealistic, premium corporate holiday-meeting vibe with subtle futuristic AR overlays. Use my uploaded reference photo as the identity anchor: keep the same woman’s face, exact facial features, smile, hairline, hairstyle, and overall likeness. Do not change her identity. Photorealistic. Scene: a modern conference room at night with warm holiday décor (twinkle lights, minimal garland) and a city/winter snow view through glass windows. A long meeting table with laptops, notepads, and coffee cups. The vibe is upbeat, team-focused, and polished. Main subject (agent): the same woman from the reference photo sits at the head of the table or stands slightly leaning forward, confidently presenting like an AI trainer. She wears a sleek futuristic-professional outfit (iridescent structured blazer with subtle reflective panels over a matte black high-neck top), and a Santa hat that looks stylish and clean (not cheap). Friendly, confident expression. Team: 4–8 colleagues seated around the table, all wearing Santa hats. Keep their faces soft-focus / non-detailed (no need for perfect likeness). Diverse professional attire. Natural, engaged poses: one person taking notes, one nodding, one gesturing at a laptop. AR overlays (floating above the center of the table): clean translucent holograms hovering in the air: - 3–5 floating AR house models (modern, craftsman, condo), semi-transparent blue-white glow - 2–3 simple graphs and market dashboards hovering beside them (line chart trending upward, bar chart, pie chart), minimal labels - include subtle AR UI elements like gridlines, tiny icons, and light particle trails Keep the holograms realistic, crisp, and aligned like they’re projected from a small tabletop AR projector puck (add a small sleek projector device on the table as the “source”). Text rules: keep text minimal and readable ONLY if needed (optional tiny UI labels like "ACTIVE" "PENDING" "CLOSED" in quotes). Do NOT include any real company names, logos, or real addresses. No random gibberish.

Day 12: The 12 Days of Christmas Prompt-A-Day Challenge
Let's have some fun with pets today! Dual-Dog Anchor (paste at the top of your prompt): "Use the uploaded reference photo containing TWO dogs as the identity anchor for BOTH dogs. Keep BOTH dogs present in the final image. Match each dog’s exact face shape, coat colors, fur markings/patterns, eye color, ear shape, and body proportions. Important: do NOT merge the two dogs into one, do NOT swap their markings, and do NOT create a third dog. Keep their relative size difference the same as in the reference. Keep them as separate, clearly distinct dogs with natural anatomy (no extra limbs, no distorted faces, no weird teeth, no human hands)." Optional (but helps a lot): label them If one dog has a collar color, size difference, or distinct marking, add: "Dog A: (describe 1-2 distinguishing features from the reference). Dog B: (describe 1-2 distinguishing features from the reference)." Even something simple like “Dog A is smaller with a white blaze” makes consistency way stronger. Studio Holiday Card Prompt: Use the uploaded reference photo containing TWO dogs as the identity anchor for BOTH dogs. Natural anatomy only (no extra limbs, no distorted faces, no weird teeth, no human hands). Accessories (match the reference styling): "Dog A wears a classic red Santa hat with white trim and a white pom-pom, slightly tilted, sitting naturally on the head. Do not cover the eyes or ears. Dog B wears soft felt reindeer antlers with small gold jingle bells, sitting naturally on the head. Do not cover the eyes or ears. Composition: centered studio portrait at dog-eye level, both dogs sitting close together, shoulders touching, facing camera. Keep them clearly distinct with a slight stagger in depth (one dog slightly forward) so both faces are fully visible.

I did this one last week before you posted this. I used my own prompts and I think it turned out very realistic.
