Hey team! As the founding members of this community. I would like to ask you a question. This week I am focusing on making the member onboarding journey as seamless and as enjoyable as possible and I would like to know from you guys. If you were to come into this community again, what would be an ideal onboarding experience be for you? Would you like a step-by-step breakdown of how this community runs? Would you like it to be as simple as possible? Etc. I want to grow the fuck out of this community and I feel like having you guys tell me what you would like to see would help me immensely. Hey everyone, I'm finally pushing myself to do this post! I'm Karla, moved to Perth 1.5yrs ago and still finding my way. I'm building a personal brand and also recently launched a new community :) for expat & neurospicy women who want to be more connected and received that support without judgement. It's called Uniquify Your Life, which is really about learning to belong, and not fit in. Because apparently my brain doesn't think it's enough...I'm now officially the host of events called Fuckup Nights Perth. If you've never heard of them, they're events happening all over the world reducing the stigma of failure. We have 3 speakers per event talking about a business failure. Super fun! Seeing my first ad pop up while I was scrolling was a VERY fun moment They’re messy but done is better than perfect. I know my ability to create ads will get better with more practice. Just like with anything. You’ll always be bad when you start something new. But if you don’t take action, you won’t improve. Simple.
