@Abi Kruger Great question about security when using AI! First step: TURN OFF TRAINING MODEL The first thing you want to do is go into your settings and turn off the training model. This means none of your conversations will be used as data to help ai improve. ChatGPT 1. Open ChatGPT. 2. Tap your profile picture. 3. Go to Settings. 4. Select Data Controls. 5. Turn Improve the model for everyone OFF. For extra privacy: - Use Temporary Chat whenever discussing sensitive client work. Claude 1. Open Claude. 2. Click your profile. 3. Go to Settings. 4. Open Privacy. 5. Turn Help improve Claude OFF. Second: Connecting to your computer or giving online access to accounts. These are best practices : • give access to one folder, or location (not entire Google Drive or all folders on your computer) • I do personal chats in gpt and business chats in Claude • redact personal information in screen shots • do not connect Claude to accounts that have personal information you do not want shared (SSN, payments, etc) THIRD: train Ai for security purposes to redact personal information and exclude certain data ChatGPT - create a custom GPT for privacy and client data redactor Claude - create a project with instructions for privacy and client redaction Add skills/ instructions for extra protections

@Dale Drysdale yes that is so fun! I haven't done studio lighting personally since i just use OCF at my weddings. But love the technical side of studio lighting and the magic it creates!!

@Dale Drysdale that's really fun! I love how organically it started and grew from there. Mine was similar, I was just doing it for fun and had so many people asking me and friends referring me to their friends. I also heard you live longer after retirement if you keep "working" doing things you love that give you purpose!

@Sarah-Ann Hamlin I love that you’re a mother son team, very fun! My 6 year old son always asks me why he can’t come to the weddings I shoot! Haha. The marketing piece is interesting because a lot of people promote “this is what’s really working right now” and act like marketing your photography business is one size fits all. But the reality is that you have some natural strengths that will work better and produce better results when paired with certain strategies over others! The same is also true of your weaknesses though. Have you done much strengths and weakness analysis in your business and personality to try and find marketing strategies that leverage your strengths?
