Hello friends! I’m so excited to be bringing you the Frequency Fundamentals course, which I plan to have ready by Thanksgiving. This 10-unit program is designed to give you a solid, well-rounded understanding of energy and frequency—and, most importantly, how to apply those principles in your everyday life. While the course won’t be free, I’ve done my best to keep it accessible and affordable. I’d also love your feedback on another idea. I’ve written a self-guided life coaching program that could easily be adapted into a class format—divided into units, each with worksheets and a short recorded lecture to help anchor the material. Because it would be entirely self-paced, the cost could stay much lower than most traditional life coaching programs. The content itself is already written, but organizing it into this new format will take a little time. Before I begin that process, I’d love to know—would this be something you’d be interested in?

Each unit includes a video lecture, companion reading, and reflection prompts designed to help you integrate what you learn into your daily life. My goal is to give you not just information, but transformation—so you can see how frequency truly shapes the human experience. I can’t wait to share this with you soon! My plan is to have it available no later than Thanksgiving, and I’ll be offering a full preview of what’s inside before the official release.
