How you receive the word of God depends on how fertile your soil is, or in this case, the type of soil you carry, whether it is rocks, thorns, a path, or good and fertile soil. As we all know, there is no testimony without tests. The different types of soils represent how people respond when adversity or the tests begin; do we get distracted? Do we get discouraged? do we run away or avoid it? Do we throw a pity party, or do we see it as a test from the Heavens and choose to fight through because we know our victory lies on the other side of fear and adversity?

This is incredible Melvin, thank you!! You mentioned, how paradoxes are often your calling and how they repeat every two years. Maybe I’m overthinking it but at what point does a “struggle” become the paradox that is your calling, versus a problem or issue that simply requires you to learn a lesson so it can stop repeating itself. Or would you say that the struggles are always a sign of your calling??
