Who will be at the IDG Summit in Stockholm mid-October?
The IDG summit is getting closer. Only 2 weeks now... Who will be there in person this year? And who will watch online at a watch party? Add a comment below with 'in person' or 'watch party'. @Nadene Canning and I will be there and we'll organize a gathering, still need to figure out when as there's so much going on already ;-)

Hi Sarah I will be online for it. Karen
Member from the US becoming visible
Good morning from Gig Harbor, WA, US. I have been a member here since last year via Sarah S., but the calls have all been out of reach time-wise. Hoping something will pop soon that is within reach from the Pacific timezone. In the meantime, I'm so glad you're here and I am joining the lovely humans who are committed to integrating IDGs into our work, lives, and world. Thank you.

next Connection Call: Introspection - An Act of Solitude or Community? Or even a Luxury?
Hello Community, Happy Saturday 🌞 We're excited to invite you to our next Connection Call, where we'll be exploring the theme: >> Introspection – An Act of Solitude or Community? Or even a Luxury? << This session will be a space to reflect together on what introspection means for us as individuals and as a community. Is it something we do alone, or is it shaped and supported by our connections with others? And can introspection be considered a luxury? To help you prepare for our conversation, here are two questions to consider: - How have relationships or community involvement shaped your values or sense of self in ways that introspection alone could not? - Do you see introspection as a necessity, a luxury, or something else in the endeavor of creating change? Why? Reflecting on these questions can help us deepen our dialogue and learn from each other's perspectives. Research suggests that while introspection is often seen as a solitary act, our sense of self and identity is also shaped by meaningful social interactions and shared experiences. For some, introspection may come easily; for others, it may require community support or be influenced by life circumstances and identity. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and stories. Mark your calendar for this Thursday, 12pm CET Warmly Sarah (Nadene & Sibylle will be traveling this time)

Intriguing questions that I believe so many are asking !
Opening My Heart to the IDG Community
Greetings everyone! I'm very happy to have recently joined the IDG at work group and to participate/ contribute to the IDG mission. I live in the U.S., in a small New England town in Massachusetts that borders New Hampshire. We (my husband and I, our 5 dogs, 3 goats and one cat) moved 3000 miles across the U.S. to live here 4 years ago, after a climate change-related wildfire destroyed our small town in southern Oregon. It destroyed over 3,000 homes and our downtown in a couple of hours. I was already a strong environmental activist before that but that event really galvanized my determination to work towards climate regeneration and community organizing with other spirited people. My coaching focuses on leadership and small business development centered around relational systems thinking, conscious leadership, and regenerative business and community development. My WHY is to participate in the creation of inter-connected webs of people, organizations, and town leaders who can work together across the miles to create safe, thriving, environmentally regenerative communities. I've been so fortunate to have had so many wonderful career experiences to bring to this effort. I began as a wildlife veterinarian working for the US Fish and Wildlife Service , then became a veterinary pathologist focusing on neuroscience, then moved into theology and spiritual leadership, then into marriage and family therapy work and now I'm using all I've learned and am continuing to learn to join hands with others who love life and mother earth. I will have much to learn and be in awe of as I journey with you. Peace be upon you Karen Roertgen

I aim at supporting business leaders connecting to nature while accomplishing their compliance reporting and implementation. So connecting inside-out transformation from inside out. Looking forward to our exchange, Monica
