My real estate goals are to have my credit data be fundable, once funded on the personal and the business side of things my goal is to purchase my first property and based off the deal I will decide whether to fix and flip or brrrr. I also plan on wholesale as well while I am in real estate school.

I was told by capital one that, I couldn't change the utilization percentage on credit card is this true.

@Keith Cole Credit utilization is the amount that you use. If your credit card limit is $100 and you spend $10 dollars of that $100 then your credit utilization would be 10%. The more you spend the higher your utilization goes up if you paid $5 of the $10 spent then your utilization would go down to 5%.
