Why Mental Resilience is the Game-Changer I’ve worked with executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners all over the world—from Hollywood creatives to Fortune 500 leaders and even a staff member from the Executive Office of the President of the United States (44). And do you know what separates those who break through from those who stay stuck? It’s not talent. It’s not strategy. It’s not even hard work. It’s resilience. Take my client Toni, for example. She was an accomplished gal but was terrified of sales and public speaking, and it was holding her career and business back in massive ways. Within just weeks of working together, she not only conquered her fear but became a recognized leader in her industry and closed multiple five-figure contracts. Or Dave. He was stuck in a toxic business partnership and felt trapped. After our first session, he left that partnership (which, no lie, FREAKED ME OUT lol), and went on to build a multi-million-dollar business on his OWN terms. He even had the time and freedom to start a family and build his dream home.​How did we do that?​ Well, one of my superpowers is being able to determine really quickly what specific things are holding my clients back.​Is it a belief structure that they unconsciously have or is it something they know but regardless of what they do to change it, it doesn't change. That's usually an energetic block where a belief becomes embedded in your mind, body or field. Or, they haven't connected into the state of being or identity that they need to become to have what they want.​A shift in any one of these areas can change their reality quickly. These transformations didn’t happen because they waited for the world to change. They happened because they changed their relationship with uncertainty—and that’s what mental resilience is all about. How to Make 2025 Different than 2024
It is a month into the New Year and there is A LOT going on in the world. What I KNOW is that lack of focus and distraction are the biggest factors to NOT getting what you want. Forget that social media is a distraction most of the time, but the first month of the year has been full of all kinds of other things that pull our focus away. If you want to change to achieve your goals - you need to change out distraction for awareness and lack of focus to concentrated focus. What gets in the way? Resistance. Centering Exercise: Simple but Powerful
The Centering ExerciseĀ is one of the main go-to's of the Activating YOU 3.0 program šŸ’„ One of itsĀ purposes is to center you and bring you back into the present moment where your full power is to be aware of the frequency you are currently in and to choose the frequency you would prefer. Its other main purpose is to connect with your 'I AM' part of your self and feel your power to choose your frequency and identity. You'll also come to the awareness that you are not your body, not your mind/thoughts and not even your consciousness. YOU are beyond those elements. You can choose to use it to get to zero point for a few moments or for as long as you would like. You can also choose to activate a frequency or stay in the silence. You can switch it up every time you do it. This can be done with the aid of the video or you can remember the steps and do it on your own. Here are the steps: šŸ‘£ 1. Become aware of your body. How is it feeling; what is it in contact with; is there discomfort? If so, notice it, breathe into it and let it release. If it doesn't release, that's okay, just notice it, send love to it and move to the next step; 2. Become aware of your thoughts, are they bouncing from topic to topic or is there a theme. Notice that for a moment. 3. Notice who is watching your body and your thoughts. This is often referred to as the watcher, the witness or the observer.Ā  4. Distractions will come up, bring your awareness past that to focus on the watcher. Then, notice who is watching the watcher. 5. For the first few times, you can ask who the watcher is - the answer that may appear is 'I AM'. Notice the expansion of energy. 6. You can stay in this silence and continue to let the thoughts come up and return to watching the watcher.Ā  7. Or, you can now activate your frequency with I AM (and insert your chosen frequency) and enjoy receiving that frequency. 8. In the video I said I AM THAT, I AM. 'THAT' is the ideal frequency you are activating. It is a statement of who you are choosing to be now.Ā  9. Bring that sensation/feeling of the frequency you connected with when you have completed centering yourself.
