What’s something you wish you knew 5 years ago about your health? Could be about training, recovery, sleep, weight loss, supplements, peptides, anything. I’ll start: paying more doesn’t always mean you’re getting something better. Curious to hear everyone’s answer.
I was always closed minded when it came to taking supplements, peptides and other things 5 years ago, but now that I learn more about them, I wish I would have taken them earlier.
Hope everyone’s having a good Sunday. Before we head into another week, what’s ONE thing you want to do better this week than you did last week? Could be training, eating better, getting more sleep, staying consistent, or just making more time for yourself. Mine is consistency. Nothing complicated, just doing what I said I was going to do. What about you?
Alright, what’s everyone getting into this weekend? I’m trying to slow things down a little, get a good workout in, eat well, and enjoy some downtime. Anyone training, traveling, spending time with family, or just taking it easy? Let’s hear it.
How many days a week are you ACTUALLY working out right now? Not what you planned to do… What you really did this week 😂 I got a feeling there’s gonna be some interesting answers in here.
Honestly, once this week. I keep telling myself I’m going to get back into a routine, but between work and family, the week gets away from me pretty quickly.
What’s something you’ve noticed getting harder as you’ve gotten older? For me, it’s realizing I can’t treat recovery like I did 10–15 years ago 😂 Curious what it is for you guys. Could be energy, sleep, workouts, weight, anything.
My knees, I never thought I’d be the complaining about my knees but here we are. Even getting up after sitting too long has me feeling 20 years older lol
