Extension Request for Disregarded Entity
Hi I am not ready to send my return to the IRS. I have a single member LLC with foreign ownership. Could you help me figure out what form to send before April 15 to ask for an extension ? 7004 or 4868? My worry is 1120 proforma +5472 penalty. Thanks for any advice

How to check if IRS receive my tax form?
Hi, I just filed 1120/5472 form to IRS. I am wondering how to check if IRS receive my tax form? Also, how do we know if there is anything wrong, will they inform us? I don't want to get any penalty for it.

Hi, fax your 1120 proforma with 5472. Then either mail or e-file(way better) your 1040NR if you are in need to file a return.

Question on Address on Credit Bureaus
It may sound akin to a rudimentary question, however, is mailing address or residential address reported to Credit Bureaus? It may be important in US credit building for nonresident aliens, to cut costs.
