Affirmation: I Am Already Moving Forward
Take a slow breath with me for a moment. You do not have to see the entire path ahead to know you are moving forward. Progress does not always announce itself loudly. Sometimes it shows up in a calmer response, a clearer thought, or a better choice than yesterday. Today, allow yourself to acknowledge those small shifts. They count more than you realize. I am moving forward, even when the movement feels subtle. I am growing, even when the pace is steady instead of fast. I do not need perfection to continue. I only need direction. Today, I choose to notice what is already improving. Because forward motion—no matter how small—is still progress.

I've had I'd say more than fair share of life's experiences you could say but make you stronger last one had real effect on me mentally but eventually got other it it wasn't meant to be so I removed myself from it walked away it was toxic situation mentally causing anxiety it was hard but I see it as was spirit telling me not meant to be and it was best thing I did I see life as what will be will be have alot of long term condition but won't let it define had major surgery October and tired and lacking motivation I just watch untube when ideally I need to move at do house also not favourite chore I'm empathic and instincts good never let me down something will come into my head and I can see if someone not telling truth and intentions sense when something off but motivation just lacking but I agree baby steps but I struggle with motivation and get up and go
