How did you choose your niche?
Some people have a short list of the type of people they'll house. I cast a wide net and house ALMOST anyone. How did you decide on your niche?

My passion is supporting youth and since my dad had a personal connection with foster care my niche is Transitional Aging Youth (TAY).

Do you do a vision board?
I love doing vision boards every year. This year my church is doing it together so I'm doing mine on the 28th. Do you do a vision board every year? I'm just curious.

I've done vision boards for years and they work. My family do them on New Years eve now. Since it takes time for things to come into fruition I do them every other year now and I make sure the goals are very specific. I hope enjoy doing them.
