Greetings Everyone, I'm grateful to be here in the community. My name is Kareem L. McKnight, known as Coach K.L.M., Founder and Leader of The Syon Way “Knowing and Growing". My mission is to lift people through mindset, leadership, financial education, purpose, and real growth habits. I serve youth, families, and professionals across the New york TriState area. My top leadership goal this season is to scale The Syon Way with clarity so more schools, nonprofits, and organizations gain access to the tools that change lives. I will strengthen my systems, sharpen my communication, expand my reach, and secure new partnerships that support youth who deserve guidance that can shift their future. @Michael Dillard My favorite leadership lesson is that leadership starts with self awareness. If you cannot manage your mindset, your emotions, and your decisions, you cannot effectively lead others. True leadership is about service, consistency, and helping people grow into who they are capable of becoming.
