Welcome to The Lead Flow Community! Really glad you’re here. This community is for coaches, consultants, and service providers who are getting interest—but not enough of that interest is becoming paying clients. Here’s where to start. 1. Take the FREE Leak Flow Assessment. The Leak Finder will help you look at the four places where leads commonly disappear: - Positioning - Messaging - Offers - Follow-up Take the FREE Leak Flow Finder Assessment here: https://leadflowdiagnostic.com/leakfinder 2. Review What Came Up Make a note of: - The leak or leaks that stood out - The signs you’re currently seeing in your business - Where people appear to stop moving forward - Any result that surprised you The Finder helps you recognize where a problem may be showing up. It does not mean you need to immediately rewrite your website, change your offer, or create an entirely new strategy. The place where someone disappears is not always where the problem began. Start by paying attention to the evidence. 3. Introduce Yourself Create a post and tell us: - What you do - Who you work with - The offer you’re currently focused on - Where you think people may be disappearing - What you’d most like to improve You don’t need to have everything figured out. Give us enough information to understand your business and point you toward the most useful conversations and resources. 4. Explore the Community Inside the community, you’ll find practical conversations, examples, workshops, and resources covering: - Positioning - Messaging - Offers - Follow-up - Turning interest into paying clients Use what applies to your business, ask questions, and share what you’re noticing. Want Kara to Look at Your Business? It can be difficult to diagnose your own lead flow because you already know what you meant to communicate. Your audience can only respond to what they actually see and understand. The Lead Flow Diagnostic™ is a complete expert review of your positioning, messaging, offer, follow-up, and the path someone takes from first finding you to becoming a paying client.

Krystal, first, thank you for being so open about where you are. ❤️ This is more common than you think. What stood out to me is this: "People like what I'm saying, but they're not seeing the full picture or knowing what to do next." That tells me your work isn't the problem, it's the bridge between what you do and why it matters to them. The good news? That's fixable and you don't need to become louder or someone you're not. Usually it's about making the transformation crystal clear and giving people an obvious next step. I'm excited to help you work through this inside the community. I have a feeling a lot of people here will relate to what you just shared.

@Krystal Horn keep us posted, Here to support you along the way.
Introduction
What I do: I run Persephone’s Sky, a small community support project in rural Appalachian Ohio. I create clarity tools, grounding cards, and simple resources that help overwhelmed adults stay steady and move through real life challenges. Who I work with: Rural, working class adults. Caregivers. People rebuilding. People carrying a lot at once who need calm, practical support. The offer I am focused on: My Rural Resilience Toolkit and my grounding and clarity card sets. They give people quick support without long programs or heavy content. Where people may be disappearing: My visibility is low. My content is gentle, but I think the connection is not landing strongly enough. People may not understand what the tools actually help with. What I would most like to improve: Clearer messaging, stronger connection, and better visibility while keeping the quiet, supportive tone my community needs.

Krystal, I’m so glad you’re here! 💙 I love the heart behind what you’re building. And I have a feeling you’re right, it’s probably not that people don’t need what you offer, but that the value isn’t landing as clearly as it could. Looking forward to digging into this with you as we go.
🎉 Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

Busy—but not booked?
You’re posting. Networking. Following up. Taking calls. Doing all the things you’ve been told should grow the business. But the clients still aren’t coming consistently. "Busy, But Not Booked" will help you recognize when more activity is covering up a problem somewhere in the path from interest to paying client. It’s free inside The Lead Flow Community. Get your free guide here Read it before you add another strategy to your list. You may not need to do more. You may need to see what isn’t working.
