I prefer authenticity and letting people know the person behind the screen through my work, ideas, and values rather than my appearance. I believe privacy and confidence can coexist. Not showing your face doesn’t make your voice, talent, or impact any less powerful. Some of the greatest things are built quietly, without the need for constant visibility. At the end of the day, what truly matters is what we create, the value we bring, and the impact we leave on others. I’m genuinely excited about the content you’re creating because I truly believe it’s a great step forward for our country. I’m an Algerian woman from eastern Algeria, and I’ve worked with international projects, including one affiliated with the MBC Group, as well as foreign teams and e-com creators like Nathan Nazareth. My experience spans e-com, sales, crypto, NFTs, and AI. I’ve always worked with passion, creativity, professionalism, and discipline, and the people I worked with consistently recognized that. You know us “Algerians” when we work, we give everything we have… حارين 🌶️ What started as passion and curiosity for me, quickly turned into real expertise. I learned fast, adapted quickly, and brought strong value to every project I joined. But over time, I realized that many people were benefiting heavily from my work while I was undervaluing my services and focusing more on growth and learning than money. Some projects paid me, others didn’t, but overall I know I was contributing far more than what I received in return. That experience made me realize how much potential and talent we actually have as Algerians when given the right opportunities! That’s why I’d genuinely love to be part of projects like those here in Algeria where I can bring real value through my experience, ideas, strong English skills, creativity, and work ethic, while also building something meaningful in my own country.
