Yesterday was Father’s Day
Yesterday was Father’s Day. Maybe you were honored.Maybe you received a few gifts. Maybe your kids called.Maybe friends sent texts. Maybe someone simply said, ā€œThank you.ā€ But here’s the question I’ve been asking myself this morning: How will yesterday change the man I become today? Honor is wonderful. But honor isn’t the destination. It’s a reminder. A reminder that people love you.People believe in you. People are counting on you. So don’t let Father’s Day be something you celebrate once a year and then forget by Tuesday. Wake up with conviction. Wake up with purpose. Get your workout in. Read your scriptures. Say your prayers. Dedicate yourself to God. Dedicate yourself to your goals. Dedicate yourself to the family who loves you, honors you, and supports you. The greatest way to thank those who celebrated you yesterday… Is to become the man they believe you can be. Lead with strength. Live with purpose. Leave a legacy. — Jon

Show Up Anyway
Confession: I didn’t sleep well last night. I woke up this morning tired and honestly feeling a little blank. No big inspiration. No flood of ideas. Just one of those mornings. But I’ve learned something over the years: You don’t have to feel motivated to do what matters. You just have to show up. Too many men think something is wrong with them because they don’t feel ā€œon fireā€ every day. Nothing is wrong with you. Some days are about passion. Some days are about discipline. And discipline will carry you farther than motivation ever will. Your family doesn’t need a perfect man. They need a present man. Show up. Keep moving. Don’t quit. Strength • Purpose • Legacy šŸ‘‡ Have you ever had to show up on a day when you simply didn’t feel like it?

Oh yeah, it happens all the time. If you wake up just wake up. I call it work, passion, no one else understands. You don't have to negotiate with the devil "enemy", just do the work and the sky will clear. I remember my mentor Bob Proctor sharing this with me. He said, Kamal do the work and not just the work but the work and a little bit more for the lavishing sake, the sky did clear. Make it a great week.
This weekend reminded me why I do this work
I spent time at a men’s entrepreneur retreat. Good food. Real conversations. Zero posturing. Men who are building, failing, learning, and getting back up. We laughed. We got honest. A few moments hit deep. I both received insight and was able to give value around the 12 Pillars of Wealth. That exchange is powerful. When men sharpen men, everybody rises. There’s something different that happens when you get away from the noise, the grind, and the roles you play every day… and you’re just a man in a room with other men who are trying to become better husbands, leaders, and builders. This weekend changed me. It re-centered me on the mission. I’m not in this work to sell programs. I’m in this work to lift men. And to be lifted by them. Brotherhood matters. Environment matters. Who you build with matters. If you’re committed to building your life with the right men around you, drop a šŸ”„

I thought I would give you a tour of my office today so you can see where I get my inspiration from and where I work on the business.

Men, if there’s one truth every builder has to face, it’s this: You will never rise higher than your willingness to grow. I’m down here at The Elliott Group this weekend — learning, stretching, getting uncomfortable, and sharpening the edges that got dull without me noticing. Every time I come here, I’m reminded of something powerful: An open mind and an open heart are the gateways to transformation. Not ego. Not pride. Not pretending we’ve already ā€œgot it.ā€ Growth only happens when you stay coachable, hungry, and humble enough to let new information in. Most men stop growing because they close themselves off. They get defensive. They cling to old patterns. They fear the work. But the men who build Strength, Purpose, and Legacy? They stay open. They stay learning. They stay investing in themselves. You cannot lead your family, your business, or your life to a higher level if you aren’t leveling up. Today I’m here investing in me — because the man I become determines the future I build. And brother, the same is true for you. Stay teachable. Stay hungry. Stay open. Stay improving. If you’re in this community, that tells me you refuse average. So this week, ask yourself: Where do I need to grow next? What skill have I been avoiding? What truth have I been resisting? What investment in myself have I been delaying? Your next level is on the other side of that answer. Let’s keep building. Strength. Purpose. Legacy. Together. Kill it today! Jon
