Do you guys think ads are worth it to invest in. I have a few clients, and I think ads would really help bring in more leads. What do you guys think

Signed a 30-day engagement for $8k and the 50% deposit hit my account this morning. The engagement is to install a Claude operating system for a registered investment advisor who is looking to automate all workflows and maintain client data protections and compliance. The AI consulting business model is booming right now, and picking your niche is the greatest leverage for being the obvious choice. Keep grinding everybody

Mobile detailing company, owner doing $15-20k/mo with 2 technicians. He found me through Instagram, filled out the form on my site, and hopped on a call. What he actually needed wasn't more leads. His problem was that his whole business lives in his head. His techs call him all day asking the same questions, quality standards, how to handle customer situations, troubleshooting. He can't scale past 2 guys because every new hire means more calls to him. 3 lessons from it, 1. The form data wins deals. I knew the call was discovery, not small talk 2. Sell the problem they said, not the product you have. He never asked for a knowledge base. He said "my techs won't stop calling me" 3. Anchor high off of value, if you can get them to quantifiably see the value that you're giving them, whether that's time or easier money, for example, "I'm saving you $20,000 this month and charging $1,000." Any sane human would take that deal, and if they don't, then there's another problem. That's not the price.

Win of the week for me is I just launched my first ad campaign. I've been grinding cold outreach and my warm network, but started to burn out of the chase and want to build a system to scale. Super stoked to have warm leads. Lmk if anyone wants a referral to a marketing agency...mine has been great to work with. Will keep you all posted on the results of the campaign.

Started my AI agency less than a month ago selling websites. Collected $4800 so far month 1. Got a $50k potential deal cooking with my owner meeting tomorrow. Super excited for that! It would help me reach that next level I've been trying to get to. Credits to Zach for his YouTube content. Basically modelled my entire business model off of it. It's been really helping my AI sales skills develop over the last few months. Highly recommend checking his channel out to those start.
