My own protein pancake receipe..kind of
I am obsessed 🥰 I have been following different protein pancake receipes but today before the lovely call with Emily I decided to follow my instincts and create my receipe/use my own measurements. My protein whey protein powder Vanilla 26g Blended oats 1/3 cup 1 egg Non fat protein yoghurt 100g Half banana 1tbsp baking powder vanilla extract Mix everything, don't add any liquids, I didn't add any types of oil. Take off the pan when the pancakes are not completely ready. Pour some defrosted raspberries (of course you can do whatever fruit you like);(there will be some liquid from the raspberries) and leave the pancakes for few min so they can soak up the liquid. For the sauce I melted chunky penut butter, nutella and coconut milk 🤤 I know the calories are high but so as the protein. I have 2 pankes and some sauce left and will eat them as a snack later 🥰
