Some weeks in trading simply don’t feel rewarding. Setups don’t appear. Orders don’t get filled. The trades you do take don’t work out. You can follow your rules, stay patient, and still finish the week wondering where the reward was for doing everything right. But that’s where discipline matters most. It’s easy to trust the process when the wins are flowing. It’s much harder when patience seems to be giving you nothing in return. 👉 Don’t force a setup because you’re tired of waiting. 👉 Don’t lower your standards because opportunities have been scarce. 👉 Don’t let a few losses convince you that discipline suddenly stopped working. Sometimes the victory is simply refusing to make a frustrating stretch worse. Trading will not always immediately reward good decisions with profits. But every time you respect your criteria, manage your risk, accept a loss, or stay out when there’s nothing worth trading, you’re reinforcing the habits that keep you in this game long term. 🚀 Not every week will build your account. Some weeks build your patience, discipline, and mental strength instead. Those weeks matter too. Stay patient. Stay selective. Your job isn’t to make the market provide an opportunity. Your job is to be ready when it does. — Coach Stephen
