I am a capable servant of Christ who will lead his family as a competent man who is healthy in mind, body, and spirit. I embrace all challenges that come my way and lean into the strength God provides. I will stay below 225 pounds once I reach my goal. Look forward to knowing all of you!

I am in Savage, MN. Trying to eliminate my lower back pain is what brought me here but looking to go deeper and unfold some emotional baggage/triggers that are contributing. Excited for some energy work and being my best self going into the 2nd half of life!
