What's the reason in your own experience, that you cannot connect to your spirit guides?

To see Auras around people, animals, plants, crystals, anything that anybody has loved before. Has a color or energy around that. There is an exercise that you can do before you go to bed at night. It will activate a translucent channel into your mind's eye. This exercise includes a candle, a white candle lit, and you stare at it with your third eye. The difference between staring at it with your third eye and your human eyes is to feel yourself being that reflection of that candle, in other words, you feel and see the candles glow and the same feeling you place into your energy field by doing this, you're reflecting that candle into yourself and then slowly over time you move your eyes, 2 inches, 4 inches, 6 inches and so on. Your peripheral vision begins to strengthen. As you begin to raise your vision above the candle, colors begin to change above the flame. The magnificent magic about this exercise is that the candle itself will reflect your colors and with practice you will begin to see your own colors inside the flame.

I had a dream last night that I was talking to chuck.Norris. i was speaking to him about my dad and I would go and see every chuck norris movie that would come out in the movie theater. He smiled at me and nodded. Then I told him one thing I loved about him was the colors in his Aura. And just then his aura lit up into purple's pinks and blues. It was wild! Did anyone else have any dreams last night?
