I started taking selling couches serious in September, i sold a couple earlier in the year but didn’t think much about it; September i had my doubts and made plenty of mistakes thank god they weren’t too costly and broke even on most mistakes my first month but still gross profited $800, my second month I started getting the hang of things making a few mistakes here and there but still just about doubled my gross profit at about $1500, and now I’m really getting the ropes and looking at about $3000-4000 gross profit this month only working Saturdays and sundays on my days off work, what would anyone recommend to take the next step or anything i may need to know to take it to another level.

@Mark Cruz thanks mark !, I’m working out of 2 10x30 storage units and i use my truck and 6x12 enclosed trailer that I got last month when things started to pickup

My first west elm !
What do yall think i could get for this? it’s in pretty great condition only 2-3 small blemishes from a tiny bit of wax and mainly just gonna need to hit it with a fabric shaver, i just ordered 2 a manual gleener and a electric popchose.

@Mark Cruz I’ve never gotten any west elm this is the first after hearing a lot about this particular brand, i got it for 400 is that good 🥲 and i believe its a harmony modular

🏆 Wins Wednesday – Thomasville Tisdale Flip
Picked up this Thomasville Tisdale light grey earlier in the week for $200 and it turned out to be one of those easy dub that we all love. This one came in super clean, no rips, no stains, no pet issues. Literally just a quick steam clean and vacuum and it was photo-ready. No repairs, no heavy lifting on the cleaning side. We listed it and ended up moving it for $800 picked up. $600 profit on a smooth flip. Not every win has to be a massive B-Stock haul… sometimes it’s just these clean, simple flips that keep the momentum going. What’s everyone else winning with this week? 👇
