Hello. Is anyone from the Isle of Man here?
I wanted to ask for recommendations. I am at the beginning & trying to build my power team. I did not register my LTD yet. I was wondering if someone can suggest first of all an accountant who understands this type of business, investing in properties using investors money. Because I am renting I may need to use their address. Also solicitor etc. I am interested in BRRR. Looking to start with a small project to gain knowledge, confidence & cash flow. I am expecting few properties will be coming on the market soon, which need great amount of updating. I would like to be ready to put an offer before someone else will snap it up. Thinking to JV with a builder & looking for an investor. I don’t have a website or logo yet, but you can easily find me on this small island & I will I tell you everything. 😅

@Lindsey Brayan I had informal chat with property law chap & it seems like they can cover all my needs. I forgot to ask how much they charge. 🤪
💭 If You Had £50k To Invest In Property Tomorrow…
What would you actually do with it? This is a question I’d encourage every property investor to think about. Because having money is one thing. Knowing how to deploy it properly is another. Would you buy a property outright? Use it as a deposit and leverage finance? Look for a property that needs refurbishing? Consider a commercial conversion? Or use it to build a business around property rather than simply owning property? There’s no universal right answer. It comes down to the numbers, your experience, your risk tolerance and most importantly, what you’re trying to achieve. One thing I always say is: Don’t start with the property. Start with the outcome. Once you know what you want the property business to do for you, you can start working backwards and choose the strategy that gets you there. 👇 So let’s see what the community thinks: If you had £50k ready to invest tomorrow, what would you choose?

Refurb & Refinance first & next gig would be bigger- commercial conversion? Or I'm I wrong? 🤔 I need more than £50000 lol.
Money Mastery Bootcamp – More Than Just Making Money
Over the last few days at our Money Mastery Bootcamp, we've been focused on one thing... making your money work harder than you do. We covered a wide range of investment strategies, including: - Understanding how the stock market really works. - Exploring different "money box" strategies to build long-term wealth. - Looking at ISAs, ETFs, and Bitcoin to help identify which investment approach best suits different goals and risk profiles. - Learning how SSAS pensions and tax strategies can create powerful advantages when structured correctly. One of the biggest takeaways was that there isn't a single "perfect" investment. The best strategy is the one that aligns with your goals, your timeline, and the life you're building. Of course, the learning didn't stop when the sessions ended. We enjoyed a fantastic group dinner on Day 2, shared ideas, built stronger relationships, and even found time to cheer on England together during the football. That's what makes these events special. It's not just about financial education, it's about surrounding yourself with ambitious people, building meaningful connections, and continuing to grow together. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed. The conversations, questions, and energy in the room made this another memorable bootcamp.

Hi. I am gearing up for the boot camp in September & can't wait to start. I am playing with a bit of spare cash on my revolut account with buying & selling silver. Crypto is not for me. I have about £4000 sitting in works private pension. Is this too small of an amount to use for setting up SIPP? I would like to set up SIPP so I can use the money to invest in BRRR. Is this something work approaching now & how to do it?

I live on the Isle of Man & would like start here. I know the place well, tax advantages, it's where I want to live right now. South of Scotland would be my second choice for portfolio building because I would like to own holiday homes there, Blackpool maybe because of high yeald GDV potential & used to live there, so know the area a bit. Maybe Liverpool? I am looking at utilizing all of my possible lazy cash I have within my reach to collect some startup money & get me of the ground. 😊
Success Journey of Simba 🔥
From Safe to All In: Simba’s Story Simba found me through a social media ad just after doing a flip deal. On paper, life was good, running a tax firm, stable income but he knew it wasn’t building the future he wanted. No wealthy background. No clear strategy. Just a desire to break the cycle. He joined around March 2021… but for the first few months, not much happened. Comfort was still in control. Then he made a decision to go all in. Everything changed. 7 deals done. £300K+ raised. First flip: ~£26K profit (no money in). Now a full-time property business owner. But the real win? Time with his son. Better health. Freedom on his terms. Simple focus. No distractions. Just execution. Big respect, Simba! This is what happens when you commit. Question for you all…what would your life look like if you actually went all in?

I am very new & trying to figure out how to start without money? Once I am sure how to find/ assess good deals I will be on fire. 😄 Just trying to figure out what would work from my location. I live on the Isle of Man. Everything here is over regulated. Trying to find out what would work here & what I can maybe do remotely? 🤔
