Paid Lab Testing
One thing that's been working really well for us is, as a lead magnet, offering 80% off discounted lab testing. We basically pay for the lab test out of pocket, but their initial payment, which is like $20-30, covers the cost of acquisition. As long as they're a qualified homeowner (as far as you know, home value and our right type of avatar), this has generated very high-intent leads off of cold traffic sources.

@Hector Hernandez So we have two companies we use, gosimple lab (anyone can do it) and servi-tech. TBH gosimple has way more options, it just gets dicey because you cant add in a bunch of margin because people can easily look up their pricing. However, it is fabulous for lead magnets, and if you want to create a water data base for your clients (which we do) then it is way easier to track and show/share results without divulging sensitive information. gosimple also handles shipping so opperationaly its alot easier. ServiTech however is cheaper but harder process to get approved to use.
