Here's my architecture from Day 18

Two takeaways from the interview: Sometimes the most powerful move is non-interference, and that's genuinely hard for someone wired to act. and The question the interviewer left open — is he listening now — is the right one, and the honest answer is: he hears it, he just hasn't fully figured out how to make his hands do what his head knows.

I asked Claude a question after I did my interview and it led to a lengthy conversation. i then asked if we should add that conversation to the interview for soul.md file and it's response was: Yes — and it should be. This conversation is actually more revealing than some of the interview answers. The trading discussion surfaced things the formal questions didn't: - The connection between control, ego, and the trading decisions - The pattern of building systems to solve emotional problems - The gap between what you think you're testing and what you're actually testing - The honest admission that a fresh start is partly driving the new direction Let me update the transcript file to include this as an addendum. I haven't built the Sould.md yet, and I hope this doesn't screw it up, but thought I'd share what happened :D

As we build the soul and personality documents, will Claude automatically start using them in every new session, or only on certain projects?

My First Agent: Trading Why this one: Trading scored highest because it combines meaningful time cost with the single highest-impact outcome — profitability. You identified it yourself as the activity with the biggest real-world financial upside if handled better, which signals strong motivation to build and actually use it. The asymmetric reward profile makes it the obvious first build. What success looks like: The agent surfaces high-quality trade signals or executes a defined strategy consistently enough that it measurably improves decision quality or P&L over a defined trial period. (I agree with this assessment)
