What was your win this week?

So I cohost roughly 20 properties and I own a couple myself. We’ve recently been talking about opening a wedding venue, but we will wait and see what happens on that. My market is the Gulf Shores market. I occasionally come up with leads that I don’t need and if anyone’s in that market, I’m happy to pass them off to you.

Who’s in gulf shores????? Ok… so…. I’m thinking on a new cleaner buttttt idk. Also what’s your big LOSS for the week? I think we all try to paint a perfect picture but it’s never quite perfect. This year one of my places got 37 five stars, 3-4stars…and 2….3 star reviews. Not a big deal. But it just tells me I have room to grow and I know where I need to make improvements. I think there’s a lot to learn in the mistakes. I always try to turn mistakes into systems and processes. Kind of like recently when I forgot to schedule a clean after a direct booking and I had to eat the cost of putting that guest in a new BNB for the night lol

I’m reading e myth revisited. Paired with watching the founder. Ray Kroc may be the most genius small biz owner to have ever existed and man his model is completely transferable to STRs. That’s it. It’s transforming our business internally and I’m excited. Had to share.
