Most coaches spend their time studying frameworks, refining their delivery, learning new modalities to help other people heal. And somewhere in all of that, their own work gets quietly deprioritised. It's easier to hold space for someone else's pain than to sit with your own. But here's the problem. You cannot fully guide a client somewhere you haven't been yourself. You can know the theory… You can run a brilliant session… You can sound completely credible doing it… And still be coaching from a place that isn't fully congruent.
