@Affan Nadeem I’d say I’m between 1 and 2 right now. I’m in the early stages of building the foundation and making the community easy to navigate, adding classrooms, and building out lessons so new members actually get value right away. At the same time, I’m focused on bringing in a small group of founding members (5–15 people) to build some early substance and help shape the culture. The goal is to create a space where people genuinely support and learn from each other. Long term, yes, the goal is to monetize through memberships and specialty classrooms, 1:2 coaching but right now it’s about building value and culture first.
@Affan Nadeem That’s honestly been one of my bigger fears right now. I wanted to create a space where people could immediately see the value, with the understanding that I can always tweak, change, add, or remove content as things evolve. My plan has been to bring in those first members and really lean on their feedback; what they like, what actually helps them most, and how they prefer to learn. Whether that’s classroom-style content, live calls, or even 1:1 support. I really appreciate you highlighting the importance of live calls though. I didn’t fully stop to think about how much those real conversations can shape the direction of the community and even guide what programs or classrooms get built next. Building off real-life discussions just makes a lot of sense. I was thinking have the classrooms and the discussions would or could revolve around those topics.
