What’s the going rate for renting commercial warehouse space in mid Michigan A trucking company I know in the lansing/flint MI area has a large shop and are looking to add warehouse space to their offerings. About 40k sqft of room

I always wonder is it better to be have your own assets or no? Personally I am a carrier and I mostly own trailers and lease on owner operators with their own trucks to my company. It has been working well for me because I do not have to deal with truck maintenance. My question goes to the people that have been a carrier or are asset based brokers. Would you rather have your own assets or have no assets at all and broker out all your freight ?

Before Logistics I have had a lot of success in my prior sales experience and I have been working as a freight broker from past 5 months and I am not getting any new shippers and i just don't know how long should i do it or am i even a fit for the industry, just losing hopes and unable to cope up. PS : I am just 21
