Blue light glasses
Howdy gents, What are people’s thoughts on blue light glasses for desk jobs? I got a pair that I use at night, but I see mixed opinions online about using them at my desk during work. What’s your thoughts?

I have a good rule of thumb that solves alot of the issues when it comes to sleep cycles. When the sun goes down, only have lights on that are as bright as candles. Makes you sleep real fast! Give it a try and lmk
