Lewis is very approachable and knowledgeable. He himself is experienced in running, training and even mentality. I am impressed by that he has his own taste about running training. It means he doesn't just copy a plan from others. He knows why it should be like that. You know, finding a plan is easy in the world of AI. But you cannot learn that kind of "taste" from AI (at least now)
