When I first started out, I thought I could juggle multiple projects at once. The reality? I ended up with 5 half-finished ideas and zero results. The turning point was realizing that I didn’t have to do everything myself. I could focus on my core project while leveraging others who already knew the shortcuts for things like YouTube growth. That’s when my faceless channel started taking off, because instead of trying to learn every skill from scratch, I had someone handling the heavy lifting.
