Thanks everyone…
A little while back I asked for prayer for my uncle John who was being put on hospice, and how my 90 year old mother was really taking it hard. Thank you for praying. I wanted to let you know that Uncle John died last night. His wife says “no funeral,” so my mother won’t travel back to Massachusetts, I don’t suppose. Continued prayers for my mom, Alice, and John’s widow Debbie, as well as the rest who loved him.

Heavenly Father I ask for your comfort to be upon this family after the loss of John Lord let your words bring comfort to them knowing that you have called your saints home be with Alice and Debbie to give them comfort peace and understanding that your will is done in all of our lives thank you so much for all you do for us are peace and joy is in you are mighty Christ in your powerful name and blood I pray these things upon them in the name of Jesus Christ amen

Stress and worry
How does everyone else deal with stress and worries? I find myself overwhelmed at times because of my health and other life struggles. I also find myself praying a lot when this happens. Sometimes I pray and seconds later I say another pray.

Rachal something that has helped me deal with stress and worry is seeking God in each of those times looking to see what God has purpose for me in that moment if it's a lesson for myself a lesson for someone else or to grow me in a new way through prayer and Thanksgiving I give it all over to him by seeking him in each moment. And music and movement along with prayer all these things help out in focusing on him through my stress and worries they seem to melt away when God is your focus.

Halloween
My husband and I don’t celebrate Halloween. I struggle with the words to say to people that do. I pass no judgment as it is not my place to ever past judgement. Yet what I’m speaking of is this, I don’t celebrate or agree with it, yet I want people to be safe that do. So it’s like do I speak aloud and tell others to be safe and Pray or do I just Pray. As speaking aloud and telling people to be safe may make others think I’m okay with Halloween.

I don't celebrate Halloween as the world celebrates Halloween I celebrate Halloween as a day that the Lord has made and that we should rejoice in it and I let the people know around me that I serve God not evil and I feel that as Christians we need to reclaim God's day of celebrating the harvest that he has provided and share his good news with those that come to our door not welcoming in the evil but praising our God for protecting us from it does that make sense.

And ask for praying I believe praying with them for them as always a good thing anyway we can share Christ's love with those who we come in contact with is the best thing to do not judgment like you said but in loving gentleness kindness sharing that God made the day and we should celebrate him not this evil that tries to miss use God's day.

Hebrews 1:14
After reading it really soak it in. As I read an explanation it moved me. “We may never know how often an angel spared us from injury, guided us to safety, or engineered some success.” Let that soak in, many of us can always remember that negative things in our lives. Yet forget the growth and the things we were saved from. Prayers may not be answered right away or the way you want, yet know that there are always angels fighting for you.

Psalm 91:11 states that God sends his angels to protect us and Hebrews 1:14 says that he sends ministring spirits to tend to our needs. But the glorious news is that he sent his only son to save us once and for all.
