my-menopause-wellness-club

Ive worked with several clinicians to get better but it wasn't until I took Cheris menopause Playbook that I started to understand what optimal meant. I then followed her into the menopause club.I have been working with her for a few years. Having the availability of resources, the support of other women in the groups and the one on one sessions has helped me achieve healing. What started out as daily suffering and misery from menopausal symptom has turned into a journey of true healing.
