Greetings from sunny Mexico
I'm writing from central southern Mexico at the moment. I'm originally from AZ, but I've been down here for a little over a decade. I've seen many great business opportunities since I've been here. I feel like it might just be easier to get something small going here than in the US (Less investment needed). I'm currently trying to navigate through import permissions/ licenses. Joined a little while ago, but hadn't posted anything. Nice to see that this community exists. 👍🙏

@Will Hamburg the opportunity right now is kratom. It's starting to become more known around the locals. With a very different mindset compared to the US. I've just had some difficulties with Mexican customs. They're not straightforward about the permit needed. They don't care about the substance, it's just a beaurocratical mess.

@Will Hamburg I bought a piece of land in a tourist area next to a lake with the intention of building a small miniature golf course. However, there have been some issues that have come up in the area, so that's currently on hold.
