Personal opinion they need to be very green (tostones) or very ripe (maduros). For maduros the blacker the skin the better!
Bread!
Thanks for allowing me to join. I can make two breads. Japanese milk bread (most of the time) and focaccia. Every other bread fails. Rustic white in a dutch pot...NOPE. Pizza dough....not good. I love to cook and bake, but it's the bread that I struggle with. And no, not a fan of sourdough so will pass on that.
