Day 7, last time I quit on day 6
Last time I tried this 30-Day Creator Challenge… this is about where I quit. Not because I ran out of ideas. Not because I couldn’t film. I quit because I started overthinking everything. I tried to build the whole vision at once — the cooking channel, the yoga lifestyle, the Skool, the message, the brand. It all started to feel complicated and I lost momentum. This time I’m doing it differently. I’m just showing up each day and doing the next step. One realization that hit me this week is something I’ve always known deep down: what I’m building looks like a cooking channel on the surface, but it’s really about something much bigger. Meditation Kitchen isn’t just about food. Cooking is the doorway. The real message is about living better — slowing down, being present, breathing, learning, and discovering a lifestyle that actually brings some peace into our lives. The hardest part this week has been keeping that message clear. The easiest part? Talking about it. Once I start sharing about food, meditation, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way, the ideas just keep coming. Another thing surprised me this week. When I stop trying to make everything perfect and just follow the plan… I actually move forward faster. Tiny consistency beats big sprints. For me that means simple things:• writing one video idea down each day• filming when I’m already cooking• opening YouTube Studio and learning something new Nothing huge. Just keeping the engine running. And here’s the biggest win of the week: I made it past the point where I quit last time. That might sound small, but to me it means something. It means momentum is starting to build. Cooking is still the door… but the lifestyle is the journey. On to Week 2. @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Jenny Sharratt @Jaye Brunner @Dajana K.
