I discovered Dennis’ program in one of the scariest times of my life. I’ve had Health Anxiety my entire life and I thought I was managing pretty well until I had a real health issue at the beginning of the year and my anxiety took on a life of its own. I stumbled across Dennis’ podcasts and that led me to the Health Anxiety University. It’s been life changing learning from someone who’s been there and understands exactly what is going through my mind and what to do about it.
