It's hard to put into words the impact Ilana's Method has had on me in such a short time.
9 days!
From the very first time I took the Spinal Awakening class, I had a sense this was something very special.
Each and every time I went through the practice, I had mind blowing results! Really!
From healing a shoulder injury in 3-4 days to sleeping better, naturally eating less, feeling more turned on toward my partner, having more clarity, improved sleep and the list goes on! Every woman needs this!
