What is the most EPIC thing you have ever done...
Its intro time...but with a twist!!!! I want you to take a moment to look backwards. Think about something genuinely EPIC you've already achieved in your life. It could be: šŸƒ Running a marathon šŸŽ“ Getting a qualification šŸ’¼ Starting a business šŸ  Buying a home šŸ‘¶ Raising a child ā¤ļø Surviving a difficult chapter šŸŒ Moving country šŸ“š Writing a book šŸ’Ŗ Losing weight Or something else entirely. At some point in your life, you decided to do something difficult, uncertain, and meaningful. Here's what I'd love you to reflect on: ✨ What was the epic thing? ✨ Who were you at that point in your life? ✨ Where did you find the time? ✨ Where did you find the energy? ✨ Where did you find the courage? ✨ What resources or support helped you succeed? Most people think they need more motivation. In reality, they've often forgotten just how capable they already are. You have evidence. You've done hard things before. And the person who achieved that goal is still in there. Now let's look forward. If time, money, confidence, technology, and self-doubt weren't holding you back... What would you love to achieve next? What's the BIG goal you'd like to make progress on during this challenge? Drop your answers below with a photo or GIF šŸ¤– AI PROMPT - Help me create a dynamic introduction all about me, including details of the most epic thing i've ever done.

This was hard! There are all sorts of things about my life and work that have been epic, but these stick in my memory. Rode a motorbike across America three times (and I'm not finished yet). Ran two marathons - one earlier this year, and I'm an old gal now! Learnt how to snowboard in my forties. Left my well-paid job in the NHS on a whim and became a journalist overnight. Four years later, I was the Editor-in-Chief of a monthly magazine. Rode horses all my life, competed and even had one of our Olympic dressage riders choose a horse for me and then had lessons with him. And yes, I am a nervous rider!
