Lesson #5: Why I Give Thanks for 60 Seconds Every Day 📚
Every single day, I spend 60 seconds giving thanks. That's it. One minute. And here's what I've noticed: by the end, I'm never out of things to be grateful for. I start with the obvious stuff; my family, my health, my bed, my pets. But then it goes deeper. The people in this community. The opportunities I have today. The fact that I woke up with a roof over my head and food in the fridge. Every single time the 60 seconds is up, I find myself thinking of more. 📕 Here's why this matters: Studies show that people who practice daily gratitude experience: - 25% increase in happiness levels - Better sleep quality - Stronger immune systems - Improved relationships - Lower stress and anxiety Gratitude isn't just a feel good practice. It shifts our perspectives. It enhances our lives. Try this for the next 7 days: 1. Every day you wake up. Set a timer for 60 seconds. 2. Think of everything you're grateful for. 3. Speak them outloud. Don't stop until the timer goes off. You'll be surprised how much you have. What's one thing you're grateful for today? Drop it below. 👇 If someone comments and you're thankful for that person, let them know too.

@Ma. Socorro Castro Wow. So much makes my heart smile. But most recently, it was the moon shining through the tree branches last night and the deer on the driveway this morning.

@Ma. Socorro Castro I actually stopped that car for about 5 minutes for the moon, but the deer ran, so that was fleeting.

Moving Infographics INSANE COOL Idea to Stop the Scroll
*Note: I received permission to copy and share this post. I just copied and pasted the text. I also had to download the web browser extension NotebookLM. The attached moving infographics are different from the original. I used Grok (free) -> Imagine. ========== I am sharing - i did not come up with it-- but its too good not to share. Want to make an amazing moving infographic? This is an example using a YouTube Video (example of Evelyn Weiss sharing her Vision Board Video) I uploaded the link to NotebookLM and created an Infographic with a description of what type I wanted. 1. Paid version (Gemini pro) 2. Free (Grok) 3. Free Grok without prompt (animate image / Imagine option) Youtube -> Notebook LM -> Gemini or Grok 1-Choose your YouTube video as your info source 2-Click NotebookLM button (under video) to create a new notebook 3-Click Infographic and the pencil in corner: Type '"Dark Mode Neon" (or Cyber-Minimalism) designed for a social media post that will pop off viral 4-Take the output infographic image to Gemini or Grok 5-enter prompt below ===== CONTEXT: You are animating a short, visually appealing transformation from a blank white textured canvas into a completed infographic. The infographic is provided as a static image (uploaded). The animation must not generate, render, or simulate any intermediate graphics, text, or shapes not already present in the final image. This video will be used for professional marketing and educational presentations. ROLE: You are a Senior Motion Designer with 20+ years of experience in cinematic transitions for enterprise-level infographics and user interface intros. You are known for working with source images only — no AI-generated overlays, fake content, or inferred elements. ACTION: 1. Start with a white textured canvas background (subtle paper or linen texture). 2. Animate a **visual reveal of the uploaded infographic image**, using cinematic techniques such as:

Manifesting Mindset a Conversation with Yourself
Today, I was answering posts in other people's communities which I find myself doing a lot. I was answering a post of a gentleman who had limiting beliefs around himself for various reasons. And I couldn't help myself but give him some ideas. It was one of those moments when the info just poured out of me. I wanted to share it with you here in the hope that one of you will stop thinking negatively about your impact not only in skool but the world around you. I deleted the person's name but I will tell you it was @Lydia Wilmsen's Community. And I don't know if he read it yet. But I think the info is valuable and it might help someone get out of one's head! "And yet Sir, you have a Flame of “Consistency” next to your name with 8 straight weeks of “showing UP!” Did you know that is the first step! The second step is being active built in with being vulnerable! ✅! Check! Being vulnerable is HARD! We’re leaving our safe zone! My philosophy, if I may, is to feel that fear! Why? Courage is not courage without Fear! So you’re halfway there! Next… be “Authentic” be yourself! So like Lydia said with me! It’s a mindset! Tomorrow, don’t wake up with Dread in your mind! Wake up asking yourself, “How many times will I fail!” It's in FAILURE where the learning takes place! Embrace the fear! Embrace the unknown! Embrace the failures because it means "You Are Trying!" And when there is effort, which you have shown us with your flame, there is intent! And these my friend are the stepping Stones to Success! And then this is SUPER IMPORTANT… don’t just show up for yourself! That’s the easy part! Pick one group you LOVE! One you could be in 24/7! Your goal in this group is to be top-ten in the 7-day leaderboards! And focus not on talking about your group! In fact, never mention your group! People won’t fall in love with your group, they will fall in love WITH YOU. Be valuable and Offer Value, answer people’s questions, make time for others, and leave your mark everyday! The rewards are endless! You will see what I mean!

I think it's easier for old timers to connect. Social media and devices made it hard for that generation to truly engage and trust.
Monday Check-In: Your Focus + Your Blocker 🧘🧘‍♀️
It's officially 12 days into the new year. How wild is that? Two weeks ago, we were all setting goals and making plans. Now we're here; actually building, actually shipping, actually in it. So let me ask you: 1. What's the ONE thing holding you back from growing your Skool community or business right now? 🏝️ What would need to change in order for you to go full time on what you're currently doing? 2. What's ONE thing you want to accomplish this week? 🎉 One thing that would make this week a win. Business or personal related. No right answer If you have the answer to anyone's blockers, drop them below. Let's sharpen and encourage each other this Monday morning so we have a strong week! Cheers! 🚀
