kickoff proggression
What kickoffs do i learn and when? I dont quite feel ready for the speedflip kickoff yet and ppl in my elo dont know it either but im unsure how to progress my kickoff game without spending too much time on learning and perfecting the speed flip. Currently most of my kickoffs are basic diagonal flips and i also lose like 70% of them.

45 vs 90 degree flick
What is better? I'm trying to learn a flick with more power than just a basic diagonal/front but I'm unsure which one to learn. I've heard that the 90 degree is slower but more powerful, but which one is better overall?

need help defensive rotation
when I'm trying to defend i constantly mess up my positioning and challenges. This is a problem for me in both 1s and 2s. How can i improve my defensive positioning as well as challenge timing?

controller vs kbm (keyboard and mouse)
I've played rocket league for like 3-4 years now. The first year or so i played on a Nintendo switch (controller). Than i stopped playing for like 2-3 years and kind of recently (like 2 months ago) started playing again, but this time on my kind of new pc (kbm). So currently I'm way better on kbm and has forgotten completely how to play on controller but a while ago i bought a controller for my pc for other reasons than rocket league. So now i have a good controller i just don't know if its worth the switch? I'm basically wondering if controller is so much better/easier that its worth spending extra time on relearning how to play with a controller?

efficient dribbling practice
my current rank is plat 1 and I've spend loads of time in freeplay this past two weeks trying to learn how to dribble but i see little to no improvements. Is there any other good way to practice it?

@Camila Thornefield idk if i have a saying in this argument but i kinda disagree. If theres a single player that can dribble into any type of flick or pop in plat that teams winning with double digits no questions asked
