Hey everyone, I want to be honest with you. When I launched this group, I had a clear vision for what I wanted it to be. A place for real support, tools, and momentum around culture and leadership. And I haven’t followed through on that in the way I intended. Over the past few months, I’ve been deep in writing my book, teaching, and running my business, and I haven’t given this group the attention and consistency it deserves. That’s on me. I don’t take it lightly that you trusted me enough to join this space, and I’m genuinely grateful for that. So rather than let it sit and not serve you well, I’ve decided to close the group for now. This is a lesson for me in time, priorities, and setting expectations I can fully meet. My hope is to bring this back in the future—with the structure, consistency, and value I originally envisioned. Hey hey, I’m Dr. Julia—so glad you’re here. I’m a leadership coach, organizational culture strategist, college professor, wife, and mom living in Dallas, TX. I’ve spent the last 15 years helping leaders build better workplaces—places where people actually want to show up (and stay). I serve on the boards of two incredible nonprofits. CASA of Collin County and CommonGood Medical—and I’m currently writing a book and developing a new framework for future-ready, human-centered culture. And according to Gallup, companies with poor culture lose up to 18% of their revenue to disengagement, turnover, and poor performance.
