NON PROFIT SET UP
🌱 Nonprofit Setup & Registration: Why It Matters Setting up a nonprofit goes beyond having a good cause, it requires clear structure, proper registration, and ongoing compliance. Defining the mission, leadership, and legal framework early helps establish credibility and transparency. A well-registered nonprofit can access grants, receive tax-deductible donations, form partnerships, and operate with greater trust from supporters and the public. @Daniel Sloan A UK tender is a formal process where UK public sector organisations (like government departments, local councils, NHS, schools, or public agencies) invite businesses to bid for contracts to supply goods, services, or works. It can be compared to government contract and only UK resident can bid for it. Are you a UK resident?

@Daniel Sloan Yes, you are very right. Business registration is the foundation without it, you can’t access government contracts, open certain accounts, or operate officially and confidently. Do you have a registered business already?

That’s great to hear, Daniel. Getting registered early makes everything else much smoother. Just like you have said it's easier than one could think. The key now is making sure it’s properly aligned registrations, profiles, and structure so you can actually take advantage of opportunities when they come up. Do you also have an EIN ?
