Wow what can I say … This weekend was truly unforgettable – not only did we celebrate AFL’s 10 year anniversary, but we also had the honour of welcoming Sir Steven Redgrave to the stage. 🙌 Hearing from a 5x Olympic Gold Medalist about resilience, discipline, and never giving up was nothing short of inspiring. His story resonated deeply with so many of us – proof that with determination and focus, anything is possible. 💪 A massive thank you to our delegates, who brought the energy, the questions, and the commitment to grow. And of course to our very own @Liam J Ryan who leads the way everyday. Then we have the crew, staff, and sales team who worked tirelessly to create such a powerful weekend. This Birthday Weekender will go down in AFL history – and with Sir Steven’s words still ringing in our ears, we are more motivated than ever to keep moving forward and making waves together. 🌊🚀

It might be a quieter week on the event front for me, but behind the scenes it’s full steam ahead! 🙌 This week includes a whistle-stop trip to check out a potential retreat location, yes there was a flight and a little stop over in 40 degree heat 🥵 — making sure it meets the AFL Retreat Standards (and you know, we’re pretty picky when it comes to giving you the best!).
