@Rares Vidrean there’s so many variables to this question and depends on your viewpoint. All areas throw up their own challenges, it’s how you confront and deal with them that’s key. Having the right systems in place will certainly help make the journey easier.

That is one of the most common fears we find our clients have and a valid one at that. Sometimes these fears can hold you back so this is more of a mindset/confidence issue. Having the right tools can give you the confidence needed. For instance, somebody on our course had exactly that issue but once they had access to our deal analyser and we’d gone through it with them, they then went off at lunchtime and booked two viewings because this gave them the confidence to know if it would work or not.
